Return Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to me. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, I want to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 30 days of receiving your order and I'll do my best to work something out, whether that's a return, exchange, or store credit. After 30 days, unfortunately I'm unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

How to Initiate a Return
Just shoot me an email at matt@mattmillsart.com with your order number and proof of purchase. I'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
If you're unhappy with the quality of your purchase, I'll refund you, no questions asked. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company as posting can take some time. If you've done both and still haven't received it, email me at matt@mattmillsart.com and I'll sort it out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email me a photo and I'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
